Keyboard shortcuts make the UI fast to navigate. All shortcuts are customizable in Settings > Shortcuts.

Command Bar¶

The command bar (Cmd+J) is a terminal-style interface inside the UI. It supports 25+ commands with autocomplete:

clock start, clock stop, clock book
task add, task list, task done
inbox add, inbox list
notes add
customer show, customer summary
kb search
cron list, cron trigger
ask (query the AI advisor)
briefing
clear (flush command bar history)

Command Palette¶

The command palette (Cmd+K) provides quick navigation and creation dialogs. Type to search for views, customers, or actions.

Customization¶

Remap any shortcut in Settings > Shortcuts. The configurable shortcut for the command bar defaults to Cmd+J but can be changed to avoid conflicts with your browser or OS.
